To invite a guest to your event you will firstly need to create a contact, you can do this by clicking the "MY CONTACTS" tab from the navigation
You can add a contact by:
- Adding a contact manually - Simply click the add a contact tab and enter the name of the contact. Names must be unique and the email address and phone number are optional fields.
- Importing from Facebook - If you are not already authenticated with Facebook then you will be directed to the Facebook login screen. Once authenticated the system will dynamically load your Facebook Friends to a confirmation screen. You can then select which friends to import. Clicking import will save your friends to your contact list
- Importing from Excel - Simply download the template by clicking the link, and enter your contact and information into the required fields. Note email and phone number are not mandatory so just leave this blank if required. Once you hae finished and saved the file you can then proceed to import the file, the system will validate the file prior to import
Once you imported and built up your contact list you can now assign these contacts to an event. This is achieved by selecting your event from the drop down and multi selecting all the contacts you wish to assign. Clicking the assign button will create the contact as a guest on this event. On the right hand side of the screen you will see your event list along with the guests assigned to that event.
You can then invite your guests by either Email, SMS or Print. Selecting the "Invites and Reports" tab will give you these options
